Rates & Insurance

Out of Network Information:

• Payment Accepted include: Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts, cash, check, and all major credit cards.

You will be responsible for paying the session fee and we will give you a “super-bill” to submit for reimbursement directly to your insurance carrier, according to the terms of your particular insurance plan.

You can also call our billing services and they will help you verify your out-of-network benefits as well. If you would like us to verify your insurance benefits, please call (877) 535-9923.

Questions to ask your insurance provider before starting therapy:

• What percentage is covered for out-of-network mental health care?

• • If they ask, we are MI Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists.

• Is there an annual limit on sessions?

• • Some insurers limit the amount of sessions they will cover in a calendar year.

• How do I submit a claim?

• • We can certainly help you with this process if need be.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session for any reason, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
